The Chief Executive Officer, along with two Chief Operating Officers and the Chief Financial Officer, implement the strategy under the Board of Directors’ authority.
Frédéric Moyne, aged 44, is a graduate of the Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) business school. Frederic started his career at Air Liquide in 1998. In 2001, he joined Séchilienne-Sidec, which became Albioma, where he was in charge of Financing and Purchasing, then Director of Financing and Investor Relations. In 2012, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in charge of Renewable Energies and Group strategy. He has been in charge of the Group's activities in Brazil since July 2013, and has been nominated Chief Executive Officer in June 2016. He joined the Board on 31 May 2017.
Born on 8 March 1961, Louis Decrop is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Nancy and holds an MBA from Columbia University, New York. He started his career as a financial analyst with Eastman Kodak in 1986, before joining Albioma in 1991. He initially worked on the development of the Group's first plants in Bois-Rouge, Gol and Le Moule, after which he managed the development of thermal power plants in Mauritius until 2007. Louis was subsequently in charge of the development of wind and solar power plants in metropolitan France, he was appointed Development Director for Brazil in 2013. In 2015, Louis Decrop was appointed Chief Operating Officer - Mauritius, Africa and Asia, and Chief Operating Officer - Head of Development in 2017.
Born on February 23, 1977, Julien is a graduate of the Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) business school. He started his career at Lehman Brothers in London where he worked on mergers and acquisitions throughout Europe. He then joined Barclays’ Structured Finance division, where he arranged financings for French SME’s. In 2007, he joined the private equity firm Apax Partners as a Principal, investing in business & financial services sectors. He also had responsibility for arranging financing for acquisitions and companies in the portfolio. In 2012, he joined Albioma as Chief Financial Officer and now serves as Chief Operating Officer - Finance.
Born on May 7, 1963 and a graduate of the Université de Technologie of Nîmes, Pascal started his career as a technician at Apave in Marseille in 1986. From 1991 to 1994, he worked for the Compagnie Thermique de Bois-Rouge, and then joined Séchilienne-Sidec, which became Albioma, where he successively served as Director of the Compagnie Thermique de Bois-Rouge, Director of the Compagnie Thermique du Moule, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Compagnie Thermique de Bois-Rouge, Head of Indian Ocean area and then Chief Operating Officer - France. He became Chief Operating Officer - Industrial Management in 2017 and Chief Operating Officer Reunion Island/Mayotte in 2019.
