Changes have been made to the Board of Directors’ Internal Regulations and to the Directors’ Charter

At its meeting on 28 February 2017, the Board of Directors made several amendments to the Board of Directors’ Internal Regulations and to the Directors’ Charter, in order to reflect the recent changes resulting from the Sapin II law and the European Regulation on market abuse (the Market Abuse Regulation – MAR).
