2019 loyalty bonus: only a few days left to register your shares

To be entitled to the 2019 loyalty bonus, your shares must be registered as direct or administered registered shares by 30 December 2016 at the latest.

So, to allow for the time taken to process your transactions (the purchase of shares or the conversion of your bearer shares to direct or administered registered shares), don’t delay!

The loyalty bonus entitles shareholders demonstrating that their shares have been registered for an uninterrupted period of two calendar years to have their dividends increased by 10%, regardless of whether they are paid in cash or in shares.
